Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://3dtravelagency.com/ (the “Site”) and the travel planning, consultation, reservation, and related services provided by DDD Ventures LLC, doing business as DDD Travel Agency (“DDD Travel Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, approving an itinerary, making a payment, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services, submit information through the Site, make a reservation, or opt in to receive marketing text messages.

When arranging travel for a minor or another traveler, you represent that you are authorized to act on that person’s behalf.

2. Business and Seller of Travel Disclosure

DDD Travel Agency is a DBA of DDD Ventures LLC.

Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

3. Our Services

  • Travel consultations

  • Destination research

  • Customized travel recommendations

  • Flights

  • Other travel-related services

The specific Services included in your engagement will depend on your request, itinerary, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or separate written agreement.

4. Our Role as a Travel Advisor

DDD Travel Agency acts as an advisor, intermediary, or booking agent between travelers and independent travel suppliers.

Travel suppliers may include:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels and resorts

  • Cruise lines

  • Tour operators

  • Transportation companies

  • Rental car companies

  • Travel insurance providers

  • Destination management companies

  • Excursion providers

  • Reservation platforms

  • Other independent travel providers

DDD Travel Agency does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers.

The actual travel services are provided by the applicable supplier and are subject to that supplier’s terms, conditions, restrictions, policies, and availability.

5. Quotes, Proposals, Availability, and Pricing

Travel quotes and proposals are based on the information available when they are prepared.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Quotes are not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed and payment is processed

  • Prices and availability may change without notice

  • Airfare, hotel rates, cruise fares, taxes, resort fees, fuel surcharges, baggage fees, gratuities, exchange rates, and supplier charges may change

  • Promotional pricing may expire or become unavailable

  • A quote does not place a temporary hold on inventory unless we expressly confirm that a hold has been placed

  • Supplier inventory may sell out before payment is completed

You are responsible for reviewing all quote and itinerary details before approving a reservation.

6. Pricing and Website Errors

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate travel information and pricing. However, typographical errors, incorrect supplier information, system errors, outdated availability, or pricing mistakes may occur.

We reserve the right to correct an error before a booking is completed.

When a material pricing or itinerary error is discovered after payment, we will communicate the available options, which may include paying the corrected amount, accepting a revised arrangement, or canceling the affected reservation and receiving any refund required by applicable law or supplier policy.

We are not required to honor an obvious or genuine pricing error when doing so would be prohibited or unreasonable under applicable law.

7. Traveler Information and Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information for every traveler, including:

  • Full legal name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender marker when required by a supplier

  • Citizenship or nationality

  • Passport information

  • Known Traveler Number

  • Redress number

  • Contact information

  • Loyalty program information

  • Accessibility requirements

  • Dietary restrictions

  • Other information required for the reservation

Names must match the traveler’s passport or government-issued identification exactly.

You are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, destinations, room categories, cabin categories, airports, flight times, and other booking details before approving or paying for a reservation.

DDD Travel Agency is not responsible for losses, penalties, change fees, missed travel, or denied boarding caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you or another traveler.

8. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation, including:

  • Valid passports

  • Visas

  • Transit visas

  • Entry authorizations

  • Vaccination documentation

  • Parental consent documentation

  • Travel permits

  • Government-issued identification

  • Any other documents required by a destination, airline, cruise line, or governmental authority

Passport, visa, health, vaccination, customs, and entry requirements can change without notice.

Information we provide regarding these requirements is general assistance and should not be treated as legal, immigration, medical, or governmental advice.

Travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with the appropriate embassy, consulate, governmental authority, airline, cruise line, or other official source before travel.

DDD Travel Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, detention, quarantine, deportation, missed travel, or other losses resulting from missing, inaccurate, expired, or insufficient documentation.

9. Health, Safety, and Accessibility

Travel may involve health, safety, accessibility, environmental, political, and security risks.

You are responsible for determining whether a destination, itinerary, activity, excursion, accommodation, or transportation service is appropriate for you and the other travelers in your party.

You should consult qualified medical professionals concerning vaccinations, medications, health conditions, pregnancy, mobility limitations, or other medical considerations.

You must notify us of accessibility needs or special accommodation requests as early as possible. We will communicate those requests to applicable suppliers but cannot guarantee that every request will be accommodated.

10. Deposits and Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

Depending on the reservation, we may require:

  • A planning or consultation fee

  • A service fee

  • A deposit

  • Partial payment

  • Full payment

  • A payment authorization

  • Automatic installment payments

The applicable payment schedule will be included in your proposal, invoice, payment request, or booking confirmation.

A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts you approve.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds or available credit exist when a payment becomes due.

11. Travel Planning and Service Fees

DDD Travel Agency may charge consultation, planning, research, change, cancellation, group-management, concierge, or other professional service fees.

Any applicable agency fee will be disclosed before it is charged.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law, agency fees compensate us for professional time and services and may be nonrefundable once work has begun, even when a traveler later decides not to book or cancels a trip.

Agency fees are separate from charges imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, insurance companies, and other travel suppliers.

12. Supplier Terms and Conditions

Every reservation is subject to the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions.

Supplier terms may address:

  • Deposits

  • Final payment dates

  • Cancellations

  • Refunds

  • Credits

  • Change fees

  • Baggage

  • Seating

  • Room or cabin assignments

  • Check-in requirements

  • Minimum age requirements

  • Conduct

  • Health requirements

  • Force majeure

  • Liability limitations

  • Dispute procedures

  • Other restrictions

By approving a booking, you agree to comply with the terms of each applicable supplier.

When these Terms conflict with a supplier’s terms regarding the supplier’s travel service, the supplier’s terms will generally control that portion of the reservation, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes and Cancellations by the Traveler

Requests to change or cancel a reservation must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting:

Email: [email protected]
Phone: 916-909-1518

A request is not effective until we confirm that it has been received and processed.

Changes or cancellations may result in:

  • Supplier penalties

  • Nonrefundable deposits

  • Fare differences

  • Rebooking fees

  • Cancellation fees

  • Lost promotional pricing

  • Agency service fees

  • Loss of travel credits

  • Other charges

Some reservations may be entirely nonrefundable or nonchangeable.

DDD Travel Agency does not control whether a supplier approves a change, refund, credit, or exception.

14. Supplier Cancellations and Travel Disruptions

Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers may cancel, delay, reroute, reschedule, downgrade, substitute, or otherwise modify travel services.

When this occurs, we may assist with available alternatives, refunds, credits, or claims. However, available remedies are determined by applicable law and the responsible supplier’s policies.

DDD Travel Agency does not guarantee that a supplier will provide a refund, credit, replacement service, reimbursement, compensation, or specific alternative.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or consumer right available under applicable law.

15. Refunds and Travel Credits

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Applicable law

  • Supplier rules

  • Fare or rate conditions

  • Cancellation timing

  • Insurance coverage

  • The reason for the cancellation

  • The form of payment

  • Other reservation-specific circumstances

Refunds may be issued by the supplier, DDD Travel Agency, Stripe, or another payment provider, depending on how the original transaction was processed.

Refund processing times may vary.

Travel credits may be subject to:

  • Expiration dates

  • Name restrictions

  • Rebooking deadlines

  • Fare differences

  • Destination restrictions

  • Supplier limitations

  • Nontransferability

  • Other terms

DDD Travel Agency is not responsible when a traveler fails to use a travel credit before it expires.

16. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain events such as:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Emergency evacuation

  • Travel delays

  • Missed connections

  • Baggage loss or delay

  • Supplier default

  • Other covered events

Coverage, exclusions, eligibility, deadlines, and claim decisions are controlled by the insurance provider and the specific policy.

DDD Travel Agency does not guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved.

When you decline offered travel insurance, you accept the financial risks associated with traveling without that coverage.

17. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

DDD Travel Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, expenses, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These events may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Fire

  • Flood

  • Earthquake

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Public health emergencies

  • War

  • Terrorism

  • Civil unrest

  • Labor strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Border closures

  • Visa or immigration restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Mechanical failures

  • Supplier insolvency

  • Cyberattacks

  • Utility or telecommunications failures

  • Other extraordinary events

When such an event occurs, supplier rules, insurance coverage, and applicable law will determine the available options.

18. Credit Card Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree to contact DDD Travel Agency before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel a reservation or eliminate amounts properly owed under a booking agreement.

You remain responsible for valid charges, supplier penalties, agency fees, and costs associated with a reservation, except where prohibited by law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of Services, cancellation of pending reservations where permitted, and collection activity.

19. Communications, Calls, and Text Messages

By providing your telephone number, you authorize us to contact you regarding:

  • Travel inquiries

  • Quotes and proposals

  • Consultation scheduling

  • Payment requests

  • Reservation confirmations

Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only when legally permitted and when required consent has been obtained.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel services.

Marketing emails may be sent where legally permitted.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing a claim in an appropriate small claims court.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, suppliers, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.
